HARP ENTRIES 

The Harp Syllabus has been withdrawn from AFYM because of insufficient entries.   Harp performances will be combined with those of other strings players  -  classes 24 to 32.    If there are enough harp entries, classes will be separated into bowed and plucked strings.

BBC NATIONAL ORCHESTRA OF WALES WORKSHOP 
sponsored by the BBC National Orchestra of Wales

  Saturday, 12 February on the Brangwyn Hall stage

BBC NOW string players John Senter and Nick Whiting will run this FREE Workshop for beginners, intermediate and advanced string players.   The Workshop will culminate in a shared performance on the Brangwyn Hall stage at 4.30 pm.

Join us and make music.  Come along and showcase your school's music:  percussion band, orchestra, wind/brass/string group,choir etc.   A chance to perform in a friendly and supportive atmosphere on the Brangwyn Hall stage.     Primary School Ensemble playing a piece for any number and any combination of players and/or singers.   Teachers may be involved as performers and/or conductor!     At the end of the class all schools will be presented with a certificate
